To mark German Diversity Day, the Universities of Cologne and Bonn each offer extensive event programmes aimed at raising awareness on issues related to diversity and equal opportunity. The University of Cologne’s Office for Equal Opportunity cordially invites all students and staff to an open event in the atrium of the Philosophikum on 19 May 2026. The University of Bonn offers a two day programme (18 & 19 May 2026) with the goal to raise awareness of neurodivergence within the institution, to promote greater understanding for each other and different ways of thinking, and to overcome existing prejudices.
