On November 7 and 14, 2025, the Board for Gender Equality and Diversity hosted the online workshop “Commitment, Courage, Curiosity: How to be(come) an Inclusive Leader”, led by Dr. Aniela Knoblich and Jennifer J* Moos.
Across two interactive morning sessions, participants explored different leadership styles and the core characteristics, strengths, and challenges of inclusive leadership. The coaches introduced key concepts such as unconscious bias, intersectionality, and diversity, by combining short inputs with group discussions, practical exercises, and reflection tasks.
The activities encouraged the attendees to identify their own leadership strengths and blind spots, assess existing and needed resources, and clarify priorities for fostering more inclusive practices in their everyday work. The workshop offered valuable insights as well as concrete tools to support the development of inclusive leadership for present and future career pathways.
