[DE] Elefanten Kennen Keine Grenzen: Teilprojekt A04 “Future Conservation” & “ERC Rewilding the Anthropocene” im Kölner Unimagazin


Unser Teilprojekt A04 Future Conservation befasst sich in erster Linie mit Umweltschutz im südlichen und östlichen Afrika und erforscht die unterschiedlichen Ansätze, auf denen Naturschutz Konzepte basieren, sowie die Zukunftsperspektiven, die sich aus diesen Mensch-Umwelt Beziehungen ergeben. Das Teilprojekt ist eng mit dem Forschungsprojekt “ERC Rewilding” assoziiert, das ebenfalls von Prof. Michael Bollig geleitet wird und Debatten und Forschung rund um das Konzept “Rewilding” in der Kavango-Zambezi Tranfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA) im südwestlichen Afrika untersucht.


Die Arbeit der Forscher*innen wird im aktuellen Kölner Universitätsmagazin erörtert. Der Artikel ist hier zu finden.
